ICFI is as an extension of InTech Publishing, an IT web development and PC systems company. The principal owner is Charles R. Flowers.  Mr. Flowers has over twenty years experience as a qualified  PC systems Tech.

He possesses extensive knowledge in PC systems and MAC Systems, Data-Recovery, Computer Forensic Examination, system design. And is also an expert in seven OS systems and many software applications for Windows and Mac.

Located in Midlothian, ICFI's goal is to offer qualified computer Services, Data recovery and forensics services to individuals, businesses and government agencies located in and around the surrounding counties bordering Ellis County.
